As your wedding day is the most wonderful day of your life, of course you want happy memories of a beautiful ceremony that fully reflects the happiness that you both feel, and contains all the thoughts that you would like expressed on this special occasion.

My comprehensive 50+ page resource book called “Our Wedding Ceremony” This resource book explains the legal inclusions of a marriage ceremony as required by the Commonwealth of Australia Marriage Act 1961, and has introductions, vows and readings; it also shows how to add even deeper meaning to your ceremony, by adding cultural symbols or other symbols such as candles, ribbon/hand-fasting, wine, or butterflies.

AS YOUR CELEBRANT:

  • I attend to all legal documentation which includes lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage and the Registration of your marriage.
  • I give you complete choice of ceremony content and format
  • You will have unlimited consultation with me either by telephone, email or in person.
  • A Microphone & CD player will be supplied (if required)
  • I offer a free Rehearsal at my premises
  • A very special “keepsake” copy of your wedding ceremony will be given to you after the ceremony.
  • As a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants Inc. and the Association of Civil Marriage Celebrants of Victoria Inc., I abide by these associations Codes of Practice and by the Code of Practice as set by the Commonwealth of Australia Marriage Act (1961).

Apart from the legally required inclusions, you have complete freedom to make your wedding ceremony what you want it to be. I offer suggestions and guidance based on your ideas and thoughts about the content of your ceremony, but you will always have the final say.

On your wedding day you can be assured that the ceremony created, will be delivered in a warm, sincere, friendly manner, and you can be assured that I will work cooperatively with your bridal party and your other wedding day service providers, such as your photographer, videographer and venue manager/coordinator, to ensure a smooth hassle free start to your special day!
